Sister of full blood to Sir David Mathew, lord of St Fagan's Castle, Sir William Mathew, K.B., lord of Radyr, and Morgan Mathew. By her first husband Jenett was the mother of Sir Edward Stradling, Harry Stradling, and Jane, wife of Sir William Griffith of Penrhyn.
