She married secondly (5 Dec 1214) Floris IV Count of Holland. The Genealogia Ducum Brabantiæ Heredum Franciæ names 'Machtildem [uxor] Florentius comes Hollandie' as the fourth of the four daughters of 'Henricus dux' & his wife Mathilde."
