Find A Grave memorial 158018510 reports "John Bryner was the son of Johannes Bryner,Sr and Elizabeth (unk). John and Elizabeth Bryner resided in Spruce Hill Twp.,Juniata County and Loysville,Perry County, Pennsylvania. Their burial locations are not known."

Madoc Kynaston of Stocks, Salop was slain at the Battle of Shrewsbury in arms against the King. He and Isolde had John Kynaston of Stocks, Salop, who received a crown pardon for his father's rebellion against the King (temp. King Henry IV). Madoc is son of Jenkin Kynaston and Agnes verch Llewellyn. John had Griffin Kynastgon (1402-1444) who m. Margaret Hoord and had Roger Kynaston, Constable of Harlech Castle (b. 1430, d. 28 Oct 1495)(m. Elizabeth Grey and had Jane Kynaston about 1470, wife of Roger Thornes of Shevlock.

Early Origins of the Kenniston family
The surname Kenniston was first found in Shropshire, where they held a family seat as Lords of the Manor of Kinnerly, some say before the Norman Conquest of England by Duke William of Normandy in 1066. Conjecturally they are descended from the Princes of Powys in Wales, through Griffith, son of Joerweth Goch, Lord of Mochnan, younger son of Meredith, Prince of Powis who took refuge in Shropshire. King Henry III of England gave him lands in that county. He married Matilda, the heiress of Ralph le Strange by whom he acquired the Manor of Kinnerly. Griffith' son, Griffith Vychan settled at Tre-gynvarth, which, when anglicized, is Kynvarth's Town, which, when spoken, became slurred into Kynastown, or Kynaston.

"The Perry County Times, 11 October 1956," p. 7: "Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Kathleen Rice Billman, widow of Aaron Billman, of 256 S. West St., Carlisle, who passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ruth Lewis, in Chevy Chase, Md., October 2, after a short illness, were held at the Ewing Funeral Home, 148 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, on Friday at 1:30. The services were conducted by her pastor, the Rev. Robert W. Roschey. Interment was made in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. In addition to Mrs. Lewis she is survived by a son, John Clifford Billman, of Buffalo, N. Y.; a brother, Russell Rice, of Marysville, and three sisters, Misses Hattie and Florence Rice, of Landisburg, and Mrs. Ruth Schaub, of Harrisburg."
