John resided at Rowley village, Boxford, where he died shortly before 17 January 1757 (- "Hazen Family in America", p.35). His will, dated 11 Sept 1746 and probated 17 Jan 1757, left Hannah the usual dower, his son John the lands in Boxford and Middleton and a salt marsh in Ipswich, his son Thomas 100 pounds, his daughter Lydia Symonds 50 pounds and his daughter Phebe Symonds 50 pounds....
