[2236] http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~jamesdow/s064/f280251.htm states that Thibault Medici (Count) d' Arles is also Count of Vienna, and offers his ancestry (not verified; 2003). Cf. http://www.stirnet.com/HTML/genie/ancient/ms/provence1.htm and http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Théobald_d'Arles which states "appelé parfois Thédobald, Théotbald, Thibaud ou Thibaut d'Arles. Théobald d'Arles est le fils de Hucbert (vers 830 - Orbe 8642/8663) dit d'Arles, abbé de Saint-Maurice en Valais ; il appartient à la famille des Bosonides qui constitue la première maison de Bourgogne."

[34745] Ancestry.com offers: "Vincent Name Meaning - English and French: from a medieval personal name (Latin Vincentius, a derivative of vincens, genitive vincentis, present participle of vincere 'to conquer'). The name was borne by a 3rd-century Spanish martyr widely venerated in the Middle Ages and by a 5th-century monk and writer of Lérins, as well as various other early saints."
