[51601] Find A Grave memorial 152839296 offers Thelma's obituary: "Thelma Arlene (Eaton) Gray, 'Mother,' 89, passed away peacefully June 5, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. Thelma was born March 25, 1922, in Blue Hill, daughter of Forrest A. and Julia (Grindle) Eaton. She graduated from George Stevens Academy in 1940, and married Harold L. Gray, Oct. 7, 1942, before he joined the war effort in the Pacific Theater. Thelma was a wonderful wife and devoted mother who was always ready with a meal or words of encouragement for those around her in need. She was a longtime Sunday school teacher at First Baptist Church of Sedgwick. She will be lovingly remembered as 'Grammie' by Darlene, Darin, Angela and Andrew, and all who knew her will remember her lively sense of humor and laughter. Thelma and Harold worked with Hospital Chaplaincy for many years, supporting several local nursing homes. She is survived by her two sons, Darrell Gray and wife, Jeanette, and Dana Gray and wife, Elisabeth, both of Blue Hill; four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, one nephew and two nieces. She was predeceased by her husband of 58 years, Harold; and all her siblings."

[41010] The unverified Chapaprieta Family Tree in Ancestry.com in 2016 offers: "Hans Geroge Reith was born in 1630 in Germany. He had one son with Margaretha on January 11, 1652. . . "
[51888]
Natalie is daughter of Virgil Chester Rice (1910-1987) & Mary Gertrude Nevells (1913-1987; m. 27 June 1929 in ME). "The Ellsworth American [Ellsworth, Maine], 17 December 2017": "Deer Isle - Its with deep sadness that the family of Natalie Eaton announces her passing on Wednesday, Dec. 20, 2017. She was surrounded by several of us. She became very alert to give us all strength to let her go. She laughed out loud, she ate lots of ice cream and sang with us! So strong. One more time for us. She began attending the Stonington Elementary school at 4 years old! She graduated at 16 with many awards and achievements. She worked very hard to help maintain her cute little place on Tea Hill that she still fondly called home and to help Daddy with the caring of the big family they created! They didnt take in too many stray animals, there wouldnt have been room; our family took all the room. They did, however, take in people! If someone needed a soft spot to lay their head, a warm meal or a shoulder, they only needed to knock on the door. Mama never won any major prizes or became rich in money BUT she became rich in love, admiration and honor and family. She was fortunate enough to be married to the love of her life until he passed in 1994. She went to see the big family that left her behind - her mom, dad and four sisters, one brother and several other family members and friends. But, the greatest reunion of all, were sure was with her dear husband, Virgel Eaton.
Natalie is survived by her five children: Regina McHenan and her husband, Donny McHenan; Colleen Reid-Dow and husband, Forrest. Gary Eaton and wife, Paula, Randall and wife, Billie and Wendy Faulkingham and husband, Eddie Faulkingham and all of our wonderful children and their spouses and children. There are 14 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren! Most of them were fortunate enough to have a great relationship with her. She also is survived by one special niece whom she and daddy raised as their own for many years, Shirley Lash Trundy and one special half-sister, Denice Wilbur, and her husband, Dale, and children. It would take a lifetime to share all of our memories of our dear, wonderful mama. She worked from daylight to midnight, till her fingers bled. She baked everything homemade - bread, cakes, cookies; she could take mush and make a gourmet meal, seven days a week. Sunday evenings, she didnt cook, but daddy did! She suffered illnesses, heartaches and sometimes loneliness. She always managed to pull herself up, we know, she did it all for us. Natalie had a great love for life, country music and Hallmark movies! She loved all of us beyond measure. She left us peacefully and has celebrated Christmas in Heaven this year. Shell be greatly missed and never forgotten. A memorial service in her honor will be held on Friday, Dec. 29, at 1 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ Restoration Branch, the little one with the cute little steeple, in Sunset. It is being officiated by two of her grandsons-in-law, Elder Dwight Staples and Priest Jon Martin."
