His home address was 636 Hillsborough Ave, E. Oakland, CA., he was born in Portland, Maine on 21 Sep 1876. He was medium height, gray eyes, brown-grey hair, and slightly bald. On 8 Jan 1923 Horace F. Palmer sailed from Yokohama, Japan for San Francisco on the S.S. President Lincoln. The ship arrived on 22 January. Horace stated that he was born on 21 Sep 1876 in Portland, Maine and that his home was in Oakland, California. He was 47 years old and single.
