[39709] Amassa's parents are not proven. A posting on-line states "Amassa Flaharty was a Revolutionary War soldier, enlisted twice and fought in the battle of Brandwine and the seige of Yorktown." Find A Grave Memorial 30751012 offers: "He enlisted in the Revolutionary War in March 1777 and discharged in June, 1783. Him and his wife Mary were the first owners of the property in which this cemetery rests. It was told to me by a local, that in the Loundonville Library is Amassa's journal and in one of the entries, it says that he could hear the cannons from Lake Erie during the War of 1812." The unverified Carlyon Family Tree in Ancestry.com in 2018 offers: "When Amassa Massy Flaharty was born on December 25, 1757, in Frederick, Maryland, his father, John, was 42 and his mother, Hannah, was 42. He married Mary Ridgely in 1785. They had 11 children in 40 years. He died on July 4, 1841, in Ashland, Ohio, having lived a long life of 83 years, and was buried in Perrysville, Ohio."

Timothy was born on December 2, 1947, in Belfast, Maine, to Dexter Littlefield and Patricia Grady. He graduated from Belfast Area High School in 1966. His wife of 49 years, Gayle Hincks, passed in 2017. Tim worked at many trades, including fireman, lobsterman, installing pools, plowing, and about any job involving his hands; he was a true jack-of-all-trades. His passions were many, including producing maple syrup and travelling to NASCAR races with his wife. He also loved hunting, fishing, camping, and family get-togethers. Tim was always there to help his family and friends. Timothy is survived by his daughter, Dynnise Littlefield; his sons, Timothy Littlefield Jr. and Scott Littlefield; his grandchildren, Julia, Parker, Alexandra and Sophie; his sisters, Kathleen (Littlefield) Sproul and her husband, Donald Sproul, and Kimberly Clark; and her brother, Sumner Scribner and his wife, Rhonda (Davis) Scribner, and many nieces and nephews."
