Dad worked on the Merle Lamoreau Sr. farm, Easton and then ACAP until his retirement. He made friends easily and had many friends throughout Maine. His joys included, church, fishing. fiddleheading, gardening. cooking for family and friends, helping others, visits from all, especially the little ones. Dad will be missed but not forgotten by his 4 sons, Alfred and his wife Jackie of Presque Isle, Rodney and his Barbara of Washburn, Paul and his wife Peggy of West Gardiner and Kelly and partner Sarah of Lewiston, a special daughter, Karla Madore and her husband Ronald of Buxton, 7 granddaughters, 5 great grandsons, 6 great granddaughters, 2 brothers, George and his wife Marjorie and Darrell and his wife Mary of Presque Isle, 2 sisters, Christine of Presque Isle and Evely and her husband Ronald of Florida.
