[11848] Anne m. Thomas Fiennes, 8th Baron Dacre (d. 1533). See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anne_Bourchier,_Baroness_Dacre.
In the Bible he gave to his wife, Lucy Jane, his birth date is recorded as 18 January 1828, San Sebastian, Spain, but his age at death is noted there as 26 years 11 months 23 days. His surname is sometimes found De Echenagucia. See "Letters Home from Sea: The Life and Letters of Solon J. Hanson, Down East Sailor," by Lucy Jane Webster and Meg Ann Noah (Brookline, NH: Hobblebush Books, 2006), pp. 55-65, 123. He ws naturalized in the Waldo County, ME court at Belfast - the record indicates he is Francis Echenagucia of Castine, b. in 1829 in St. Sebastian, Spain, immigrated in 1847 to the port of Castine. He had brothers Frederico, Herman (whose wife was Carmelita), and Anton, and a sister named Leen; Herman and Carmelita had a home in Caracas, Venezuela - perhaps this article refers to his relatives: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reynaldo_Hahn. His naturalization record is available at "United States, New England Naturalization Index, 1791-1906," index and images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.1.1/VXRQ-DTX).
For his homeland, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/San_Sebastián.
http://www.buber.net/Basque/Surname/E/echenagucias.html offers: "ECHENAGUCIAS (Echenagucia, Etxenaguzia) This surname is originally of Ondarribia-Fuenterrabía, Guipuzcoa and it is a variation of ECHENAGUSIA. It means the main house or the most important house (the principal house). This is from 'Etxe' (house) and 'Nagusi' (principal, major, important) and the article 'a' (the)."
