[59680] Gerald's obituary: "Gerald R. Kinney Sr., 77, passed away May 14, 2025, at his home. He was born September 11, 1947, in Danforth, the son of Winston and Veronica (Dow) Kinney. Gerald (Gary) was a kind, good hearted man, willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed help. A much loved son, brother, father and friend. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving in the Vietnam Conflict. Gary was a member of Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Lincoln. He was a plumber and was an over-the-road truck driver for several years. He loved doing woodworking projects both great and small. Gary was passionate about meeting with his VA friends and others for breakfast where they would share life experiences, ideas and opinions. First at Raymonds Restaurant in Lee, then at what was named 'Counter of Intelligence', McDonalds in Lincoln, and more recently at the Snowmobile Club in Springfield. Gary had a witty sense of humor and often would crack a joke with a grin. Besides his mother of Houlton, he is survived by two sons: Aaron Kinney of Florida and Gerald R. Jr. (Michelle) Kinney of St. Petersburg, FL, and one sister, Gail Kinney of Houlton."
[44717] Ira is son of Ira Knight and Abigail Pratt according to the unverified file 9KBC-FVC in FamilySearch.org which lists his siblings and his nine childen with Cordelia.
