[57883] Frederick's obituary: "Frederick Jordan Davis Jr., 55, went to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ. He died unexpectedly on Sunday, October 19, 2008. He was born on February 5, 1953 in South Addison the son of the late Frederick and Nellie (Clark) Davis Sr. He graduated from Narraguagus High School in 1971 and joined the United States Coast Guard as a Boatswain Mate 2nd Class. He met and married Amy (Culver) Davis in the Coast Guard on January 17, 1976 where they both served on a 44 Foot motor life boat. He then lobstered fished for 28 years before joining the Gouldsboro Medical Clinic as their night janitor. He held that position for 11 years. Fred enjoyed many outdoor activities such as tractor work, cutting wood, and driving his ranger. He was a talented man, and could do most anything he put his mind to. He was a family man whose love for his children, grandchildren, sisters was as pure as God?s love. And we all cherished him. Fred was beloved by his family. He is survived by his adoring wife, Amy of 32 years, his children, John Wesley Davis and significant other, Megan, Andrew Culver Davis, Natalie Renee Bunting and husband, Michael, and Ingrid Lea Ward and husband, David, and grandchildren, David Ward, Lillian Ward, Breydon Bunting, Ashley Davis and an expected granddaughter, Lola Ward, two sisters, Mary Jo Hammond and companion, Dana Hyde, and Susan Moore and husband, Johnny and several very special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be sadly missed by a very close friend, Bud Holland."

[20272] Find A Grave Memorial 101685039 offers: "Knight, Justiciar of Ireland, younger son of Robert de Ufford and Cecily de Valoines. Second husband of Maud Lancaster, father of Maud who married Sir Thomas de Vere. Ralph was an incompetent Justiciar, disliked by the Irish who were under his badly-managed administration when the civil war that was waged between the Desmond and de Burgh families was at its height. He was summoned before Parliament to answer for his actions and the continual quarrels and skirmishes between the Anglo-Norman noblemen."
[61367] The unverified file LHKB-2LL in familysearch.org offers: "When Flora Evelyn Dresser was born on 28 May 1854, in Maine, United States, her father, David Davis Dresser, was 22 and her mother, Ruth Elizabeth Damon, was 18. She married Charles Verrill Gray on 29 September 1873. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 4 daughters. She lived in Lamoine, Hancock, Maine, United States in 1900 and Trenton, Hancock, Maine, United States for about 10 years. She died in 1927, in Maine, United States, at the age of 73, and was buried in Trenton, Hancock, Maine, United States."
