He was born Nov. 7, 1951, in Presque Isle, the son of Harold F. and Phyllis G. (Welts) Kenney. He worked as a structural designer for P.L. Kenney Co. LLC in Lewiston. Brian loved the outdoors, he enjoyed hunting and fly fishing. He served as a member of the Maine National Guard. He is survived by his mother, Phyllis Kenney of Presque Isle; a daughter, Jamie Boyd and her husband, Philip, of Hampden; two brothers and their wives, Preston and Rhonda Kenney of Castle Hill, and Gary and Joan Kenney of Windham; a sister, Joyce Humphrey and her husband, Wayne, of Washburn; and a granddaughter, Lilah Boyd of Hampden. He was predeceased by his father, Harold F. Kenney; and a son, Brad Kenney."
