Obituary: Chambersburg Public Opinion: "28 Sep 2004 - Harriet A. West, 86, a resident of Menno Haven of Chambersburg, and formerly of Fayetteville, Pa., died on Saturday morning, September 25, 2004, in Chambersburg Hospital. She is survived by one son, Joel L. West of Fayetteville. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m. Thursday in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. Chaplain Vernon D. Isner will officiate. Burial will follow in Lincoln Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9-10 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, Franklin/Fulton Division, 225 E. King St., Chambersburg, Pa. 17201."
