[41751] The unverified Parsons Family Tree in Ancestry.com in 2016 reports "John Catlin was born on July 21, 1643, in Wethersfield, Connecticut. He married Mary Baldwin on September 23, 1662, in Connecticut. They had 10 [known] children in 22 years. He died on February 29, 1704, in Deerfield, Massachusetts, at the age of 60, and was buried there." https://familysearch.org offers: " No family suffered more than John Catlin's in the destruction of Deerfield, Massachusetts during the Indian Massacre of 29 February, 1703/4. He was killed trying to protect his home. His sons Joseph and Jonathan were also killed. His married daughters Mary French and Elizabeth Catlin Corse were killed during the subsequent march to Canada. His wife, Mary, 'being held with the other prisoners in John Sheldon's house, gave a cup of water to a young French officer who was dying. He was perhaps a brother of Hertel de Rouville. May it not have been gratitude for this act that she was left behind when the order came to march? She died of grief a few weeks later.'"

Find A Grave Memorial 71635002 offers: "Henry was born in Tiltey Abbey, and died at Groby Old Hall, whose church served as the parish church of Groby. It was remodeled not long after Henry died, and its tower replaced with a structure of Groby granite, more or less identical in appearance, in the 19th century.
He was the 4th Baron Ferrers of Groby and a supporter of Richard II against the Lancastrians whose dynastic claim was soon to break out into the War of the Roses. He fought for the King in a lost cause to maintain his holdings in Brittany from 1377-1381, and was called to fight in Scotland in 1385. Son of William de Ferrers and his first wife, Margaret de Ufford, daughter of Robert de Ufford and Margaret de Norwich."
