[57113] Colby's obituary: "At his residence on Wednesday, October 30th, 2013; Colby Emery Hooper Jr. of the Campobello Lodge, husband of Wilma (Thurber) Hooper of Wilsons Beach, NB. Born in Eastport Maine, USA he is the son of the late Colby and Evelyn (Moore) Hooper. Junior was a longtime fisherman and also worked for many years with the Department of Parks & Recreation on Campobello.Junior thoroughly loved being outdoors and in the woods often cutting lumber. He had a great love for dogs. One of Colbys most favorite things to do for many years was a love to pray for the young people at the United Pentecostal Summer Camp in the Harvey prayer room. Surviving in addition to his wife Wilma are his children Douglas (Roberta) of Lubec, Maine, USA, Susan Wilbur (David) of Perry , Maine, Elaine Greenlaw (Willie) of Campobello, and Byron of PEI 2 grandchildren Laura Cline (Jeremy) of Saint John, NB and Brooke Hooper of PEI, one great grandchild Rachel Cline of Saint John, 1 brother Brian (Lorna) of St Stephen, 1 sister Elizabeth Stevens of St. George, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Junior was predeceased by his brother Brent Hooper. Resting at Wilsons Beach United Pentecostal Church from where the service will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 2:00 pm. The interment will follow in the Wilsons Beach Community Cemetery Head Harbour Road followed by a reception in the church hall."

[40531] Lola is daughter of Lewis C Shaffer (1840 - 1925) and Caroline Miller (1842 - 1913). "Simpson's Leader-Times [Kittanning, PA], 8 Ocober 1965," p. 16: "Lola A. (Shaffer) Hepler, 83 of Timblin (Mayport RD 2) Ringgold Township, Jefferson County, died at 5 a.m. Thursday (Oct. 7, 1965) in Adrian Hospital at Punxsutawney where she had been a patient for the past four weeks. She was born Feb. 26, 1882 in Redbank Township, Armstrong County, the daughter of Lewis and Caroline (Miller) Shaffer. Mrs. Hepler lived her entire life in the Timblin area where she was a member of the Timblin Nazarene Church. She was married by Justice of the Peace W. W. Corbett on April 29, 1902 in New Bethlehem to Webster C. Hepler, who survives. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four sons, Clyde Hepler,of Timblin, Harold Hepler, Glenn Hepler and Donald Hepler, all of New Bedford; two daughters, Mrs. Leonard (Martha) Neal of Lowellville, Ohio, and Mrs. [?]; three sisters, Mrs. Maggie Brocious of Timblin, Mrs. Clara Sherry of Hawthorn and Mrs. Myrtle Hepler of Clarion; 26 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. One daughter, Mrs. Mildred Brocious of Timblin, preceded her mother in death."
