Born Friday, July 16, 1954 in Hershey, he was the son of LaMay (Machamer) Koons and the late Lyle M. Koons, Sr. He is survived by a daughter Michelle Mutchler of Florida; a son Glenn A. Koons of Elizabethtown; brother Lyle Koons, Jr., and wife Michelle; sister Lynn Reinhold and husband Samuel; brother Charles Koons; brother Lance Koons; brother Lorne Koons and wife Michelle. Upon his retirement from Crystal Pools, Elizabethtown, he was seen with his son Glenn constantly by his side. He is also survived by spouse, Katherine Vosburg."
According to the LDS Ancestral File (NOT verified), Margaret is daughter of Johann George Lembert (b. 6 Oct 1707 in Germany, d. 20 Nov 1784 in Berks Co., PA) and wife Anna Maria ________(b. 26 Oct 1711 in Germany, d. 18 Aug 1762 in Berks Co., PA). Children of Michael and Margaret are from his will (Perry Co. Wills, Book A, p. 123), burials at Lebanon Church, and "The Family of John Tressler and Elizabeth Loy Tressler", p. 72. A first child, George Michael Loy, died very young, b. 29 Nov 1764. Michael and Margaret sponsored Anna Margaret, daughter of Nicholas and Dorothy Lemperth [sic], for baptism 7 Aug 1768.
