A homemaker, she enjoyed bingo, her cat Odie, and being with her family. She was born August 9, 1937 in Harrisburg to the late Richard L. and Laura K. (Crozier) Aikens. She was the widow of Ernest Price, Sr. She is survived by three sons, Richard L. Aikens of Mechanicsburg, Ernest Price, Jr. and his wife Sharon L. of New Cumberland, and William E. Price of New Cumberland; a daughter, Nannette L. Hostetter and her husband Randolph of Elizabethtown; three sisters, Margaret Swartz of Harrisburg, Shirley Gross of Allentown, and Dorris Bender of Dauphin; a brother, Richard Aikens of Shermans Dale; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren."
