The LDS Church's unverified Ancestral File ( 11D7-CTC) states he is son of Armald de Percy (b. 1258, inquest post mortem 1323/24) and wife Christina _____ (m. ca. 1279) - and that Armald is son of William de Percy (b. ca. 1205, of Kildale, Yorkshire, d. by July 1295), who is son in turn of Walter de Percy (b. ca. 1185, of Kildale, d. by 1243, son of William Percy and Agnes Flamville).

She was the daughter of W. Lee and Doris (Leighton) Holland. Rachel retired in 1991 from Schoodic CDS after a 32-year teaching career, which included schools in New York, Kentucky, and Maine. She is survived by two sisters, Mildred Dinsmore and Margaret Ginn, both of Steuben; and many special nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her three brothers, Freeman, Curtis 'Bud' and Alvin."
