[9025] Sharon via http://genforum.genealogy.com/wisner/messages/501.html offered in 2009: "My info from 1870 census Florence Township, Williams county, Ohio and family recollections are the parents of Samuel Wisner (1868-abt 1947) are Samuel Wisner,( 1811-1877) born in NJ and his second wife Maria Clum. They had 3 children: 1-- Samuel Elsworth Wisner ( 1868-1947 ); 2-- Charles Wisner ( 1867-1930); 3-- Ella Wisner b 1870. There is entry for this family- in the History of Williams County, by W.H. Shinn but it seems to mix up the Father Samuel with his son Charles. The Father Samuel, first wife's name was Elizabeth and they had 5 children. Delerma, Stephen, Mary, Richard, and another Mary."
