Mrs. Ravis was a member of St. Michael's Church, the Rosary Society of that parish and the Lithuanian Catholic Alliance of America. Surviving are four children: John A., Mary B. and Vincent R. Dutcavich, all of Shamokin, and Bernard Dutcavich, of Akron, Ohio; four grandchildren; one brother, John Casper, of Plymouth, and one sister, Mrs. Veronica Starkevich, of Springfield, Ill. Funeral services will be held in St. Michael's Church at 9:00 Saturday morning with Rev. S. A. Dobinis, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery." Aggie's marriage with John is from "Pennsylvania Marriages, 1709-1940," database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:V26P-GQJ) in 2015. Ancestry.com offers: "Casper Name Meaning - German and Slavic: from the personal name Casper or Kaspar, which was especially popular in central Europe up to the 18th century. Originally from Persian kaehbaed, khazana-dar, or ganjvaer, all meaning ‘treasure bearer’, it was ascribed by popular tradition in Europe to one of the three Magi. Their supposed remains were taken to Cologne from Constantinople in the 12th century. See also Baltazar and Melchior."
