On his death he left two sons and a daughter, Mabella, married to Robert, 6th Earl of Sutherland. The LDS Church's unverified Pedigree Resource Fille reports that John was b. in 1336 in Moray, Scotland, and d. there in 1402 - but the LDS Church's unverified IGI file states that John d. before 15 Feb 1391. He lived in Edmunds, East Central Washington Territory, Washington, Maine, United States in 1900. He died on 29 May 1926, in Dennysville, Washington, Maine, United States, at the age of 78, and was buried in Dennysville Cemetery, Dennysville, Washington, Maine, United States."
