She was born Nov. 20, 1891, in Freeburg, the daughter of the late James P. and Emma Maurer Moyer. She lived all of her life in the house where she was bom. Her husband, Samuel R. Troutman, died in 1969. Mrs. Troutman was a member of the United Church of Christ, Freeburg, for 69 years. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Sara E. Winters of Sunbury and Mrs. Margaret E. Brown of Hanover, and five grandchildren."
