Based on the writings of Niketas Choniates, it is likely Theodora was Andronikos' second daughter. The year of Theodora's birth is unknown. . . . little is known of Theodora's early life, except that her father died in 1142. She does not appear in the historical record again until the late 1140s, when she was betrothed to and married Henry II of Austria, whose first wife, Gertrude of Supplingenburg had died in 1143. The marriage had been arranged by her uncle, Manuel I and her eventual husband's half-brother, Conrad III of Germany, during the latter's stay in Constantinople. Theodora and Henry were married in Constantinople, and subsequently granted the Duchy of Austria by Conrad in 1156."

He graduated from Narraguagus High School in 1974 and worked for Maine Central Railroad until 1982. After leaving the railroad, he cut and sold firewood eventually opening and running his own business. Donald married his high school sweetheart, Vanessa (Reynolds), on May 24, 1975, and remained a caring and devoted husband to her for 44 years. Together they raised three children and he was actively involved in the lives of their four grandchildren. He was a benevolent and dedicated husband, father, and grandfather. He was predeceased by his parents, several aunts, uncles, and his father-in-law, Frank. He is survived by his wife Vanessa of Lewiston; his children: Derek, his wife Janene, and their children Connor, Mackenzie, and Paige of Lewiston; his daughter Tabatha Nute and her wife Sarah of New Gloucester, and his son Daniel, his wife Bethany, and their son Kyle of Harrington."
