[54021] Mildred's obituary: "Exeter, Albany, N.Y., and Tampa, Fla. - Millie (Hersey) Marshall, 72, passed away peacefully July 20, 2008, at a Tampa, Fla., health care facility. She was born April 7, 1936, in Waterville, the daughter of Roy and Helen (Levitt) Hersey. Millie graduated from Corinna Union Acadmey in 1954 and Farmington State Teachers College in 1958. She started her teaching career and continued her own education, getting her masters degree and teaching 30 years in Albany, N.Y., and then retiring to Tampa, Fla. Millie loved people and life. She gave selflessly to her family her entire life and in return to her, her niece, Holly, saw selflessly to her care to the end. She is survived by her daughters, Lynn Kesselin of Albany, N.Y., and Jeannie Marshall of Las Vegas; granddaughter, Carly Sheifer of Albany, N.Y.; her brother, Olcut Hersey of Stetson; and sister, Linda Bean of Corinth. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Marjorie Colbath. Millie will be interred in the Hersey family lot at Exeter Center Cemetery at a later date."
[54297] The unverified file 2Z3D-RL3 in familysearch.org offers: "When Eunice Hersom was born in 1773, in Lebanon, York, Maine, United States, her father, John Hersom Jr., was 24 and her mother, Margaret Frost, was 23. She had at least 1 son with Daniel Blaisdell. She died on 17 September 1863, in her hometown, at the age of 90, and was buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Milo, Piscataquis, Maine, United States."
[29962] http://mccurdyfamilylineage.com offers: "John was born circa 1540 at the Wiston Manor Farm in the parish of Holton St. Mary's, County Suffolk, England. He was the son of Edward Houlton and Cathryn (?). John married Anne Harvie on 5 October 1563 at the Nayland Church, Ipswich, County Suffolk, England. John departed this life on Tuesday, 1 July 1580 at the Wiston Manor Farm in the parish of Holton St. Mary's, County Suffolk, England. John was laid to rest in the yard of the Nayland Church, Ipswich, County Suffolk, England."
[29177] Sally's marriage to Oliver Pratt is from "History of Cambridge, Massachusetts, 1630-1877, with a Genealogical Register," Lucius R. Paige (Cambridge, MA: The Riverside Press, 1877), p. 599. The Town of Livermore, ME records show Oliver Pratt and wife Sally (who d. 12 Nov 1791 at age 27) had Oliver (b. 29 Sept 1789) and Sally L. (b. 26 Oct 1791). The Livermore records show immediately below this family "Sibble Pratt the child of Oliver Pratt and Jedidah his wife, born 24 July 1795" - this appears to indicate a second marriage of Oliver.
