[9743] "The Perry County Democrat [Bloomfield, PA], 17 June 1925," p. 3: "Mrs. G. H. Baltozer, a former resident of near Newport, died at the home of her son in New Cumberland last Saturday. Pneumonia was the cause of her death. She was aged 66 years, 5 months and 20 days. Her maiden name was Catharine Elizabeth Bealor and her girlhood home was in Markelville. Her remains were interred in the Newport cemetery yesterday afternoon."
