Death was the result of a fall from a hay wagon, which occurred Monday according to word from the home. Mrs. Ferrell recently returned from a hospital and is still confined to her bed. The couple celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary a short time ago. The deceased was born in Ashland county, where he resided for 14 years, moving to Bloomlnggrove township, Richland county, where he lived until his death. He married Rebecca Hunter, who survives with their three children, Cloyd, of West Palm Beach, Fla., Beatrice, of Shenandoah, and Dwight of Cleveland."

[57491] Horace's obituary: "Swanville - Horace 'Hoddy' Gray of Swanville, formally of Wallingford, CT, passed peacefully on October 10, 2017. He was born October 21, 1932 in Dedham, ME, and is the son of the late Lester and Nellie (McTague) Gray. He worked for the Town of Wallingford for 26 years before retiring to Swanville. He was a US Army veteran from the Korean War. He loved his children and spending his days outdoors on projects. Hoddy is survived by his wife Theresa Gray of Meriden, CT, his children; Robert (Russell), Roy (Melissa), Roxanne Robles (Will) all of CT and Rebecca Dickey of Swanville. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Amber and Caitlin, Julie, Jeremy, Roy Jr, Anthony and Torie, Cameron and Olivia and AJ, Austin and Josh as well as two great-grandchildren; Isabella and Jed. Hoddy grew up in Dedham with his siblings Lester Jr., Milo, Leland, Blanche and Warren. Hoddy was predeceased by his brother Roy, daughter Robin and son-in-law Alan Dickey."
