192. JOHN FISKE (Nathanial, Nathaniel, William, Robert, Simon, Simon, William, Symond); b. England about 1619; m. 11 December 1651 Sarah Wyeth, eldest and only child of Nicholas by his first wife; b and baptized in England.
John Fiske was born in England and came to American with his brother Nathan and father Nathanial. The mother had probably died in England. The father died on the passage over. John took the oath of fidelity in 1652. In Watertown he purchased the west end of six acres of the Henry Dow lot, next south of Dea. T. Hastings and this was his first homestall which he sold March 15, 1648 to Charles Stearns. The inventory of his estate was made November 28, 1684 and amounted to 94-10-0. His daughter, Sarah, Margaret and Mary received at the age of 18 from Philip Smith, surviving executor of their uncle, John Clarke, late of Newport, RI, physician, deceased, legacies out of land on the Island of Canonicut, June 2, 1684, George and Martha (Fiske) Adams received a similar legacy, cach 3-14. The inventory of his estate was made by John Warren, Jonathan Smith and John Nevenson. He d. 28 October 1684; res. Watertown, MA.

[20188] An unverified Irvin Family Tree in 2019 in Ancestry.com offers: "When John Henry Harding was born on April 16, 1836, in Charlestown, Massachusetts, his father, John, was 23 and his mother, Eliza, was 19. He married Mary Ellen Sarvis in 1861 in Livingston, Illinois. They had six children in 12 years. He died on July 17, 1918, in Goodland, Kansas, having lived a long life of 82 years."
[57340] The unverified file KNHM-76S in familysearch.org offers: "When George Henry Hayward was born on 19 July 1829, in Windsor, Hants, Nova Scotia, Canada, his father, Stephen J Hayward, was 43 and his mother, Anna Eliza Gould, was 34. He married Rachel Bridges Carter on 16 January 1850, in Maine, United States. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 7 daughters. He registered for military service in 1862. He died on 1 September 1913, in Pembroke, Washington, Maine, United States, at the age of 84, and was buried in Dennysville Cemetery, Dennysville, Washington, Maine, United States."
