[59345] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 14 May 2025: "Levant, Maine - Roger Gallant, 68, passed away unexpectedly May 3, 2025, at his home. He was born January 24, 1957, in Bangor, the son of Merle and Shirley Gallant. Roger attended school at C.H.S. in Corinth, Maine. Later he was employed for many years at Eastern Fine Paper in Brewer, Maine, until his retirement. Roger led a very humble life. He loved the outdoors - fishing, gardening, and whatever nature had to offer. Roger was predeceased by his parents, Merle and Shirley Gallant. He is survived by his significant other, Sandra Mavor of Levant; his son, Jason Brasslett and wife, Meagan, of Hampden; a daughter, Emily Gallant of N.Y.; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Roger is also survived and will be dearly missed by his five sisters, Linda Leach of Bangor, Brenda Trudel of Newburgh, Dianne Kepner of Springfield, MA, Janet Pinkham and her husband, Dennis, of Kenduskeag, and Lisa Gulliver and her husband, Kevin, of Searsport; and many nieces, nephews and cousins."
