[10100] "Valley Morning Star [Harlingen, Texas], 15 March 1938," p. 2: "Weslaco - The funeral of William A. Kuder, 47, superintendent of the Rio Grande Valley Citrus Exchange grapefruit peel dehydration plant, will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesday from the Martin-Nelson Mortuary. A brother, John M. Kuder, is coming here by plane and train from Florida. The decadent is survived by his wife, one other brother, Walter, of Florida and three children. Rev. J. E. Lovett of the First Methodist Church will conduct the services at the mortuary, which will be followed by interment in the Weslaco cemetery. Kuder went to his room in a local hotel Friday afternoon, complaining that he did not feel well. That night he apparently had recovered and listened with interest to a radio report of the Baer-Farr boxing match. A short time later he retired and Mrs. Kuder heard him groan. When she reached him she found he had passed away."

[59405] "The Bangor Daily News [Bangor, Maine]," 6 May 2023: "Guilford, Maine - Ralph Henry Marshall, 89, passed away peacefully Tuesday March 14, 2023. Ralph was born in Bangor, Maine to Andrew F. Marshall, and Mazie A. (Brown) Marshall on January 29, 1934. He was the third youngest of 13 children. As a young boy Ralph spent most of his free time fishing. He would head out early in the morning and his mother knew not to expect him back until sunset. He never lost his love for fishing, and passed on his passion for fishing to his children. Ralph and his first wife, Mary, had three children, Ralph Jr. (Butch), Michael, and Molly. It was during this time that he bought a home in Charleston, Maine, where he would raise two families. After losing Mary in an accident, he was fortunate enough to meet and eventually marry his second love, Charlene P. Farrar in 1979. They had 2 daughters, Rosemarie A. Bessey, and Alice T. Marshall. Ralph was a loving, hardworking, and proud man who always took care of his family. He worked for many years at Guilford Industries while also cutting and selling wood from his property. He leaves behind many family and friends who love him dearly, and who will miss him greatly. Ralph is survived by his wife, Charlene, of 43 years; his daughters, Alice and Rose; grandchildren, Justin and Rebecca Bessey, and Matthew Marshall; his only remaining sibling, Jenny Chapman; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; wife, Mary; children, Molly, Michael, and Ralph Jr."
