James was a freeman in Scituate - "History of Scituate, Massachusetts: From Its First Settlement to 1831," Samuel Deane, pp. 156, 251. Find A Grave memorial 8650526 offers: "James Cudworth II was born in the town of Scituate (est. 1630), Plymouth Colony, Massachusetts, to Gen. James Cudworth Sr.(the 'Men of Kent') and wife Mary Sarah Goodman Cudworth. He married Mary Howland in 1664, daughter of Henry Howland and wife Mary Howland and they had ten children, all born in Scituate. James and Mary lived for a few years in Freetown and owned lands there, but spent most of their lives in Scituate. Both James & Mary died in Scituate and are thought to be buried at the Meeting House Cemetery. There is a historical marker in the center of the cemetery, also called the Men of Kent Cemetery, honoring his father and the other 'Men of Kent' - Not all the Men of Kent were buried there. His father is among those noted as a founder of the town in 1630.."

[14063] "Pottsville Republican, 29 September 1972," p. 2: "Leo A. Rabuck; 61; of 1872 Second Ave., was dead on arrival Wednesday night at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born in Pottsville, a son of the late Charles and Margaret (Challenger) Rabuck. He was married for 43 years to the former Loretta Fronza; who survives. Mr. Rabuck was a member of St. Patrick's Church, Pottsville, and the parish Holy Name Society. He had been employed for 36 years as chief engineer for the Pottsville Ice Co. Surviving, in addition to his widow, are these children; Margaret Marie; wife of Peter Carr, Lancaster; Joanne, wife of Atty. Edward O'Connell, Pittsburgh; Cmdr. Leo V. Rabuck, serving with the U. S. Navy in California; Loretta, wife of Joseph Grecky, Mendham, N. J.; 17 grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Anne Farrell, Norris town; Joseph Rabuck, Philadelphia; Agnes, wife of Joseph Shaw, Philadelphia; Margaret, wife of Henry Bucholz, and Mrs. Marie Gilligan, Norristown. Services will be held Saturday morning from the Lord funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection in St. Patrick's Church. Interment in the chapel crypt of Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery."
