She was born January 3, 1940, in Sebec, Maine, the daughter of Wilson and Ottalee (Morton) Blodgett. Sue graduated from New Brunswick Bible Institute in 1962 and married Nathan Hill on August 24, 1963. Two years later they purchased a homestead and named it Rocky Ridge Farm. In addition to raising four children and farming, Sue enjoyed teaching the Bible at Corinth Baptist Church and working at the Atkins Memorial Library. During their semi-retirement years, Nathan and Sue enjoyed wintering in Florida and serving at D&D Missionary Homes. Sue is survived by three siblings, Laurene Hill of Sebec, ME, Fred and Julie Blodgett of Abbott, ME, and Myrtle Croteau of Skowhegan, ME; three children, Nick and Penni Hill of Hudson, ME, Carol and Donnie Purvis of North Richland Hills, TX, and Lisa and Rich McVicar of Syracuse, NY; a daughter-in-law, Melissa and Darren Isherwood of Newnan, GA; fifteen grandchildren, Alex and Rachel Canney, Ken and Clarissa Hill, Rachel McVicar, Andy McVicar and the Isherwoods including J.D., Hannah, Matthew, Noah, Rachel, Eli, Zachary, Annie and Isabella; eleven great-grandchildren, Wilbur, Wilson, Lucie, Lillie, and Wilder Hill, Charles, Claire, Calvin, and Chelsea Canney, Winifred and Marigold Isherwood. She was predeceased by both parents; two siblings; her husband, Nathan; and her son, Scott."

He fought in the Scottish Wars of King Edward I and Edward II between 1300 and 1319. He was invested as a Knight on 26 August 1300. He fought in the campaign against the Scots in 1311. He was created '1st Lord Neville, of Essex [England]" on 19 December 1311. In May 1313 he was going in the King's service beyond seas. He fought in the Battle of Bannockburn on 24 June 1314. He fought in the campaign against the Scots in 1319, under King Edward II. (Hip) Troutman, 75, of 944 Shamokin St., cited Sunday morning at 2:00 in Geisinger Medical Center where he was a patient since Dec. 28. He was in ill health two years. Born in Reading, June 3, 1901, Mr. Troutman was a son of the late David and Mary Agnes (Geist) Troutman. He resided in Trevorton the past 15 years and previously lived in Newark, N.J. Before retiring in 1962, he owned and operated a wholesale egg business in Newark. Married May 30, 1953, in Trevorton United Methodist Church to the former Naomi Brace, he was educated in Upper Mahanoy Township Schools. Mr. Troutman was a member of Trevorton United Methodist Church, American Legion, Trevorton, and Herndon Masonic Lodge 702. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Survivors include the wife; a brother, Jesse Troutman, Dornsife R.D. and several nieces and nephews." The 1930 census of the David Troutman family states Willard is an insurance salesman.

Muriel was a very special ,beautiful, loving, and caring lady, and one of the most hardworking ladies you would ever meet. Her family was always first in her life. She loved each and everyone in a special way. She is survived by her two daughters, Betty White of Milbridge, and Elsie Jellison and her husband David of Cherryfield ; six granchildren, Richard Jellison of Steuben , Bettina White of Jonesport , Roxanne Strout and her husband Gary of Harrington, Jennifer Strout and her husband Michael of Milbridge, Vanessa White and her companion John Wone of Westbrook, and Douglas White and his companion Jamie of Columbia; fifteen great-grandchildren, Koral , Hali, David Wayne, Danielle, Bradley, Brandie,Mitchell,Marie,Mia,Heather,Hilary,Holly,Jessica,Jillian,and Courtney; twenty five great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Bertram Beal; two grandsons, Alton and Jack Jellison; son-in-law, Douglas White; three sisters, Dorothy Stanwood, Wernona Frey, and Phyllis Alexender; three brothers, Frank West , Harito West, and Richard Rumery; mom-in-law, Jeanette Mitchell; and sister-in-law, Willimena Mitchell."
