[48262] "Lewiston Tribune [Lewistown, Idaho], 3 September 1938)": "Wing Estate Filed In Probate Court; Valued at $10,250 - The estate of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin W. Wing, fatally injured Aug. 16 in a 300-foot lounge in the automobile on a detour on the Lewis and Clark Highway one miles west of Agatha, on the north bank of the Clearwater River, was filed in probate court yesterday by Mr. Wing's daughter, Mrs. Madge Brand, Tammany. Real estate estimated at $10,000 and personal property of $250 is involved. Mr. Wing left a will dated last June 25 and bequeathed his entire holdings to his wife. The instrument was witnessed by Mary H. Lyon and Alice Bozarth, with the provision that at Mrs. Wing's death one half of her estate should be devised to his three daughters by a first marriage, or grandchildren. Mrs. Wing died instantly and Mr. Wing lived less than an hour after the accident. Mrs. Wing, heir to her husband's estate, having died before her husband, will cause the estate to be distributed with the finding of the probate court based on the nearest kinship. IN the filing Mr. Wing's heirs are given as Mrs. Lillian Donnelly, Mt. Lehman, B.C..; Mr.s Madge Brand, Tammany, and Mrs. Edna Falk, Modesto, Calif.; his daughters. Mrs. Wing's heirs are her two sisters and four brothers, Mrs. Mabel Veatch, Dayton, Wa.;' Mrs. Margaret Kinsella, Ralph Callison, emery Callison, all of Falls Creek, Ore.; Rufus Callison, Salem, Oreg., and Henry Callison, Butte, Mont. Property listed in yesterday's filings includes six pieces of real estate in Lewiston; from land in Tammany and on the Lewiston Flat, between here and Spalding." Edwin m. Nola Lillian Ryan Wing (1857-1916, m. 1880) & Lena Callison Wing (1871-1938). Edwin had Lillian Ann Wing Donnelly (1882-1945) & Margaret S. Wing Brand (1883-1949) & Edna G. Wing Falk (1895-1978).
