The will indicates that 'in consideration for the monies paid' for his sons Thomas, John, Alfred and George Emory that they should not inherit any portion of my estate. John F. Simmons was appointed executor and guardian of his sons Abraham & Jacob. [83] An inventory was returned 30 Mar 1857, and a final account of the estate was presented on 24 Apr 1858." "

She married Ephraim Tinkham on October 27, 1647, in her hometown. They had eight children in 17 years. She died on January 17, 1683, in Middleborough, Massachusetts, at the age of 55."
