[33551] "The News-Journal, 11 January 1952," p. 7: "William Scott Brook, 82, retired Springfield township farmer, died at his home on U. S. Route 30S, west of Ontario, Thursday afternoon, following an extended illness. Born in Springfield township, Dec. 29, 1869, the son of William and Rebecca Scott Brook, Mr. Brook had lived in the township his entire life. He was a member the Community Methodist church at Ontario. Surviving are four sons. Russell and James both of Shelby R D, Charles of Mansfield and John at home; a daughter, Mrs. R. E Mentzer of Lexington; 20 grandchildren at two great-grandchildren. His wife, Delia Trimble Brook died in May, 1940 and a son, Lee S., in March, 1951."

The family appear to be Protestants displaced following the Revocation of the Edict of Nantes. In 2016 the unverified file at http://www.ancestry.com/genealogy/records/jacques-zeller_6504249 provides Jaques' parents and offers: "Born in Zweibrucken, Germany on 1659 to Hans Rudolph Zeller and Zeller. Jacques married Clothilde De Valois and had a child. He passed away on 1751 in Middle Atlantic Ocean."
