He was born February 13, 1968, in Ellsworth, the son of Dana R. Sr. and Patricia A. (Seymour) Fox. He was raised in Mariaville. Scott lived a life full of love, laughter, loyalty, and Budweiser with the people and places he held dear. After graduating from Ellsworth High School, Scott began his career painting cars at Ashmore's before embarking on a remarkable 37-year career with United Parcel Service. Known for his dedication and strong work ethic, Scott was respected and admired by coworkers and customers alike. Scott was a devoted family man, the life of the party, and a great friend to everyone who knew him. His big heart, quick wit, and welcoming spirit made everyone feel like family. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Scott spent countless seasons on the softball field, where his love for the game - and the camaraderie it brought - shined brightly. He was also a passionate fan of the Boston Red Sox, San Francisco 49ers and his Husson Boys, cheering them on with unwavering pride. He is survived by his beloved wife, Melanie (Small) Fox; and his children, Isabelle Fox and Kerrigan Fox, Kacie and Dylan Young, Kristen Omlor and her partner, Jackson Curtis, and Keegan Omlor.
