Doverspike and a lifelong resident of Frostburg, died this morning in the Adrian Hospital here following a two-year illness. She was 75 years of age. Mrs. Doverspike was born in Worthville Aug. 17, 1878 a daughter of Mr. and Mrs Eli Geist. She was united in marriage Oct. 7, 1898 to David Doverspike. Surviving are these sons and daughters: Carl Doverspike, of DuBois; Miss Chloe Doverspike, of Frostburg; Jay Doverspike, of Aliquippa, and Ralph Doverspike and Mrs Elmer Mohney, of Punxsutawney. She leaves also 11 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and these ; sisters and brothers: Charles Geist, of near Mayport; Victor Geist and Mrs. Jerry Alcorn, of Ringgold, and Mrs Logan McKee and Mrs. Dollie Nolph, of Erie."

Wescott, 44, son of' Horace and Lillian Wardwell Wescott, died today at his home here after a long illness. Surviving is his father Horace Weseott. He was one of the first to enlist in the World war service and was more than a year overseas in aviation. He was a member of the American Legion and of the Veteran of Foreign Wars. Funeral service will be at the residence Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock by Rev. Paul H. W. Olander with honors by the American Legion and Legion bearers. Interment will be in Woodbine cemetery."
