"The Indianapolis News [Indianapolis, Indiana], 20 October 1947," p. 30: "Crawfordsville - Rites were held today at New Ross Christian Church, east of here, for Harvey L. Minnich, 67, custodian of the Mace School for the last eight years. He died Saturday. He was a native of Montgomery County. The widow, three daughters, two brothers and three sisters survive. One brother, Charles O. Minnich, lives in Indianapolis."
