[60724] Alice's obituary: "Mrs. Alice Wilson (Jamison) Noddin was born 26 Jul 1841 in St. Stephen, New Brunswick, Canada and died in Millinocket, Maine 02 Feb 1934 at age 93. She married Eliakiam E. Noddin in Alexander, Maine in 1861, spending the early part of her married live in Washington county and Crawford and the latter part in East Millinocket and Millinocket, Maine. She was baptized into the fellowship of the Baptist church at Crawford when she was a young woman. Alice was predeceased by two children and survived by daughters Mrs. Ada Lobley of Orrington, Mrs. Mary MacKenzie of Medway, Mrs. Louisa Murray of Millinocket, and Mrs. Edna Powers of Bradley; 25 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. Six of her grandsons - Earl Murray, Walter Murray Jr., Harold Murray, Edwin MacKenzie, Ralph MacKenzie, and Joyce MacKenzie - served as pallbearers at Alice's funeral, which was held on 04 Apr 1964 at the Millinocket Baptist Church.

Find A Grave memorial 54125345 offers: "Robert Pollock was the son of Reverend James Pollock who was born in Ireland in 1762 and died in 1848. Robert's mother was Jane (maiden name unknown). Robert married Sarah (maiden name unknown). Robert's occupation is listed as a farmer in the 1850 census for Lack Township and his property value is listed as $500, which seems typical for that area and time.
Robert and Sarah's children were Margaret, Lydia, Mary Ann, Sarah Jane, Catharine, Martha, Arabella, Nancy and Robert.
According to Orphan Court Records, upon Robert Pollock's death in 1852, two of his children, Nancy & Robert were still minors. Therefore, they were placed with John Kepner as their guardian although their mother, Sarah was still alive. Robert's death certificate lists his cause of death at age 56 as "a kick from another person". Margaret married Michael Rhine and Thomas Korn. Lydia married Ezehiel Campbell. Mary Ann married John Shineloff. Sarah married William Swails. Catharine married John Berry. Martha married Jacob Stetherd McCahan. We do not know what came of Arabella. Nancy married Samuel Berry. And lastly, Robert married Mary Holt Clark.
Robert and his wife Sarah are reportedly buried at the Polk/Pollock cemetery in Lack Township, Juniata County, Pennsylvania, however there is only one headstone in this cemetery that actually displays the "Pollock" surname and that is of Robert's father, the Reverend James Pollock. It is believed that Robert and Sarah's actual graves are forever forgotten with time and the passing of all their immediate family members and friends. It is most likely that they rest under two of the many unmarked field-stones within this old cemetery.
