[13563] "The Indiana Gazette [Indiana, PA], 2 October 1944," P. 10: "A. Banks Peddicord, of Saltsburg, died in the Columbia Hospital, Pittsburgh, Sunday morning at 9:20 o'clock. The deceased was the youngest son of the late John and Margaret Mikesell Peddicord end had been employed by the Saltsburg borough for the past four years. He was a member of the Saltsburg Methodist Church, Saltsburg I. O. O. F Lodge, No. 646, and a director of the Edgewopd Cemetery Association of Saltsburg. The deceased had made his home in Saltsburg for the past thirty-eight years. He is survived by liis wife, Neva (Dobson) Peddicord, one son, Walter E at home and two; daughters, Mrs. Edith Lambing of Philadelphia and Mrs. Hazel Johnston of Alliance, Ohio. One brother, John Peddicord, El Centro, California, and two sisters, Misses Emma and Melissa Peddicord of South Sixth Street, Indiana, also survive."
