Buffington, 79, a resident of Elizabethville for many years died at her home in that place Tuesday, February 3, at 10:00 P. M. Mrs. Bufflngton was born in Upper Paxton Township, June 5, 1851 and was the daughter of the late Christian and Catherine Kemmerer. She was united in marriage September 1, 1872 to Mr. Isaiah T. Buffington who preceeded her in several years ago. The following children survive: William E., Washington. D.C.; Nellie, Elizabethville; Ray K., George F. and Lewis C., Elizabethville. Six grandchildren also survive. She attended and was a member of the United Brethren Church of Elizabethville."
