The unverified Parsons Family Tree in Ancestry.com in 2016 reports "Joseph Baldwin ??? was born in October 1609 in Cholesbury, Buckinghamshire, the child of Richard and Isabella. He married Hannah Whitlock on November 10, 1639. . . . . He died on November 2, 1684, in Hadley, Massachusetts, having lived a long life of 75 years, and was buried there. Hannah Whitlock was born in 1613 in Buckinghamshire. . . . She died on April 25, 1661, in Milford, Connecticut, at the age of 48, and was buried there." Cf. "Genealogies of Hadley Families," compiled by Lucius M. Boltwood (Northampton: Metcalf & Co., 1862) , pp. 7, 8.
An unverified file by Laurence Overmire in http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com offers: Joseph Baldwin and Hannah Whitlock came on the Ship "Martin" in June, 1638 to Boston, Massachusetts with his brothers Timothy and Nathaniel and cousin Sylvester Baldwin who died at sea while on board ship "Martin." There were 13 Baldwins who came at the same time. Fourteen thousand (14.000) English immigrants came to New England in the 1630s. The Baldwin family, once so thick upon the ground in England, seems to have torn up it's roots and gone to "fresh fields and pastures new." Joseph (immigrant), born 1609 in Cholesbury, England and died November 2, 1684 in Hadley, Hampshire Co, Massachusetts. His undivided estate was divided between son Jonathan and the children of his son David by Eliezer Rogers. Joseph Baldwin married as his first wife Hannah Whitlock (immigrant) on November 10, 1636 in High Wycomb, Buckinghamshire, England. Hannah Whitlock Baldwin was born 1613 in Cholesbury, England and was baptized with her first four children on June 23, 1644 at First Church of Christ in Milford, Connecticut. After Hannah died April 25, 1661 in Milford, her husband Joseph Baldwin married 2nd, Mrs. Isabel Ward Catlin Northam, widow of James Northam. Isabel died Dec 8, 1675. Joseph Baldwin married 3/ Sep 17, 1678, Mrs. Elizabeth Gibbons Hitchcock Warriner, (widow of Luke Hitchcock & William Warriner). Children of Joseph Baldwin and Hannah Whitlock:
1) Joseph Baldwin, 1640-1681; married Elizabeth___.
2) Benjamin Baldwin, born 1642 Milford, CT; baptized June 23, 1644 at First Church in Milford, Connecticut; died Jun 19, 1729 in Newark, Essex Co, NJ; married bef. 1715 to Hannah Sargeant.
3) Hannah Baldwin, (twin); baptized June 23, 1644 in First Church in Milford, CT; married May 6, 1658 in Milford, CT to Jeremiah Hull, son of Richard Hull.
4) Mary Baldwin, (twin), baptized Jun 23, 1644 in First Church; died April 4, 1704 in Deerfield, Franklin Co, Mass; married Sep 23, 1662 to John Catlin (son of John Catlin and Isabell Ward who came from New Jersey to Massachusetts after her husband died and married JOSEPH BALDWIN (1609-1684) after his first wife Hannah Whitlock died).
5) Martha Baldwin, baptized Mar 1645 in First Church; died Jan 7, 1676; married 1667 to John Hawkes
6) Elizabeth Baldwin, born Mar 1644 in Milford, CT; baptized June 23, 1644 in First Church in Milford, CT; died Apr 24, 1687 in Springfield, Hampden Co, MA; married Mar 31 1664 in Hadley, Hampshire Co, CT to James Warriner.
7) Jonathan Baldwin, b. Feb 15, 1649 in Hadley, Hampshire Co, MA; died Dec 13 1739 in Newark, NJ; "was of Northhampton, MA in 1668; of Milford, CT in 1674" (James Savage); Jonathan married Nov 2, 1677 to Hannah Ward, dau of John Ward. Hannah died Jun 9, 1693 in Milford, CT; Jonathan married 2/ about 1694 to Thankful Strong, dau of John Strong and Abigail Ford. Thankful, born Jul 25 1663 in Northhampton, MA; died 1725.
8) David Baldwin, born Oct 19, 1651; died Sep 1689 in Milford, CT; married Mary Stream

[48599] The unverified file KFGR-YWR in familysearch.org states Philip is son of Joseph Gardner (1806-1876) & Elizabeth Brakeley (1805-1887, m. ca. 1827 in Warren Co., NJ). "The Courier-News [Bridgewater, New Jersey], 8 Mar 1916," p. 9: "This community was saddened last evening on learning of the death of Philip Gardner, who dropped dead late yesterday afternoon while at work on College Hill, Easton, where he had been employed during most of the winter pursuing his usual vocation as that of carpenter. Death was due to apoplexy. Mr. Gardner was about 65 years old and had been a resident of the borough and vicinity about twenty years. He is survived by his wife ; and four children, namely, Mrs. Jacob Miers, of Clinton; Mrs. Alfred Snooks, of Popononing, Pa.; Leslie, of Philadelphia and Miss Jennie, who resides at home. Mr. Gardner was highly esteemed in this vicinity and was a member of the Bloomsbury Presbyterian church and for several years a member of the board of trustees, holding the office of treasurer."
