He died on January 17, 1853, in Clinton County, Indiana, at the age of 54, and was buried there. Elizabeth Janney was born in 1808 in Montgomery County, Ohio. She married David Galbreath on February 2, 1825, in Montgomery County, Indiana. They had six children in 18 years. She died in 1871 at the age of 63."

She married Lewis D Shaw on 31 March 1945, in Maine, United States. She lived in Parkman, Piscataquis, Maine, United States for about 15 years. She died on 16 January 1994, at the age of 65, and was buried in Abbot Village, Abbot, Kennebec, Massachusetts, United States."
[1027] John is probably son of Thomas and Ruth Tisdale who was baptised 7 Nov 1614 at Ripon, Yorkshire, England. He emigrated during or prior to 1636, settling on 10 acres at Green Harbor, Mass. He was constable at Duxbury, 1645; moved to Taunton, 1650; owned land now in Berkley, Mass., on the Taunton River; constable of Taunton, 1655 & 1659; selectman, 1650, 1658, 1662, 1675; Representative of Taunton to the Plymouth General Court, 1674; etc. He and Sarah are buried in the Tisdale burying grounds overlooking the Taunton River near Assonet, Mass. {Ref."The Descendants of John Tisdale," by Robert Lee Tisdale, 1981; "Meet the Tisdales," by Rosa D.
